Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use products labeled for residential use and apply them precisely (mostly outside).
Interior is targeted only when needed. Please keep kids/pets off treated areas until dry.
Do you offer same- or next-day service?
Often, yes—especially for urgent issues. Call or book online and we’ll offer the earliest slot available.
What’s covered in the general plan?
Common crawling insects like ants, spiders, earwigs, roaches (non-German), and seasonal invaders.
Add-ons are available for rodents and scorpions.
How often are treatments?
Most homes do best on a quarterly schedule. We also offer bi-monthly or monthly options for higher pressure areas.
Do you guarantee the service?
Absolutely. If covered pests return between regular services, we’ll come back at no charge.
Do I need to be home?
Not for standard exterior service. We’ll text before/after with notes and photos if requested.
For interior work, someone 18+ must be present.
What prep is needed for interior service?
Clear access to baseboards and under sinks, secure pets, and tidy floors where possible.
We’ll provide any special instructions if needed.
